Overview
The startup developes a natural and upcycled ingredient which helps to control the lipids and insulin levels. This natural ingredient allows the reduction of post-prandial glycaemic peak. The process technology is applicable to a wide range of by-products, starting from Brewers’ spent grain and sugar beets.
