The start up is a multi-brand ghost kitchen that operates on a digital-native, delivery-only fashion. It's a unique platform for multiple digital-native brands with operational excellence: it takes just 20 mins from order to delivery thus ensuring a lean concept validation and launch.

Pilot Objectives

✔ Design and test of new recipes-based on chicken.

✔ Design and launch of a new digital-native restaurant brand on Glovo, Deliveroo and UberEats.

✔ Monitor the KPIs and the performances of the restaurant.
