Overview

The start-up developed a food verification device designed to detect nanoparticles of pesticides and other contaminants in food. The company's device measures pesticide residue level, tracks the presence of harmful contaminants, and sends notifications based on food protection compliance standards. It enables farmers, producers, suppliers, buyers, retailers, and quality assurers to detect a particular set of contaminants in fruit and vegetables based on business guidelines.

Pilot Objectives

✔ Setup of ad hoc protocols and threshold parameters for the analysis of DON contaminant in wheat.

✔ Completion of laboratory tests on raw material provided by accelerator partners.
